Curriculum Vitae Marion Jurk
Marion Jurk has a background in molecular biology and immunology, with over 25 years of experience in preclinical drug development of small molecules and cell and gene therapy products. Following postdoctoral research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Boston University, she joined Coley Pharmaceutical Group, where she worked on developing small-molecule agonists and antagonists targeting pattern recognition receptors. She later led the cell and gene therapy (CAR T cell) program at Miltenyi Biotec. Most recently, at T-knife Therapeutics, she directed preclinical development and played a key role in securing clinical trial approval for a multi-armored, CRISPR gene-edited T cell therapy.
